There are lots of lovely walks and bike paths close by, as well as tennis courts and an aquatic centre with heated pool, coffee shop and art gallery with art activities available for people with artistic inclinations within five minutes walk from property. Mission Beach with stinger net (seasonal) is 2 mins drive from property as well as two jetties, one with boat ramps. Perry Harvey Jetty, (5 minutes drive) is good for fishing and seeing sea turtles. Cafes and restaurants and post office is 2 minutes drive whilst Woolworths shopping centre is 6 minutes drive away. Don’t be surprised to see cassowaries anywhere (even at Woolworths). Keep your eyes out along any roads whilst around Mission beach area. The beaches are firm enough to ride along on push bikes, from Mission beach all the way to South Mission beach (electric bikes are the best fun!)
