Stunning Views! This cute three bedroom cottage is located within a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Stunning views across the road overlooking the pristine coastline. Air-conditioned with plenty of off street parking and large backyard, however it is not fenced. There is a telescope at the property to view the dolphins and whales frolicking in the waters.
There are pedestal fans kept in the laundry and a heater in the lounge room to also enjoy a winter escape to indulge what festivals are on in the Shoalhaven and lovely walks within the Ulladulla / Mollymook area or climbing Pigeon House Mountain.
The property also includes a fully functional kitchen with a dishwasher.
